Receiving and quality checks
Every delivery from a farmer, collective or collector becomes a raw lot with its weight, grade, moisture and QC result. Failed checks go on hold before they can move.
Traceability & quality for spice exporters
Crop Trace records a crop as it moves through your export house: received from a farmer or collector with its quality check, split, mixed and processed into finished lots, packed, labelled and shipped. Ask about any shipment and see the farms behind it, in kilos and percent. Ask about any farm and see where its crop went.
What it does
Each stage has its own screen, and the lot number ties them together, so a trace holds up when a buyer, an auditor or a certifier asks.
Every delivery from a farmer, collective or collector becomes a raw lot with its weight, grade, moisture and QC result. Failed checks go on hold before they can move.
Drying, cutting, grading, mixing and packing keep the link to every input lot. A finished lot always knows which farms it came from and in what share.
Print stickers or cards for lots, packages and pallets on a label printer or on sheets, in the common roll sizes. Scan any of them with a phone to open the record.
Packages and pallets, packing lists with your company's details and logo, container and seal numbers, and the shipment's full list of source farms.
Offer and pre-shipment samples with their own labels and cards, follow-up dates and courier tracking. Complaints start a trace and can isolate affected stock.
Each buyer gets a private link. It shows their shipments and samples, the farms behind them with photos, the processing steps and the quality results, and nothing else.
How it works
Part of Growers Diary
Crop Trace is the processing and export app of the Growers Diary suite. Suppliers can be linked to their public pages on Farm Pages, so a buyer who scans a jar meets the farm that grew the crop.
